Tom and CEO conduct a contracting conversation, identifying at least one primary performance challenge, the leaders to be interviewed, scheduling, and internal communications.
Tom conducts diagnostic phone interviews: 6 – 12 executives, 75 minutes each.
Tom produces a summary report: A 5 – 10 page summary of the major issues to be addressed, supported by a representative set of anonymous quotes from the interviews.
Tom works with a small design team (assigned by the CEO) to produce a correctable first draft of a priority grid.
Management reviews and edits the priority grid working with a larger executive group. Tom provides facilitation support.
Management selects one or two issues to address immediately and selects a team leader and core team for each.
Tom assigns relevant curriculum materials to each of the teams. This will consist of 4 – 6 modules comprised of PDFs buttressed by self-scoring SurveyMonkey quizzes to deepen understanding of the basic concepts. This “homework” will require about 60 – 90 minutes from each team member.
Each core team develops a workplan for their assigned issue, informed by the Accelerator material.
Tom supports each team by reviewing draft of work plans and making suggestions.
Tom supports implementation by providing approximately four facilitated Zoom sessions. (Four for a single team or two for each of two teams.)
The cost of the Accelerator package is $25,000 – $50,000. The higher price ranges includes additional diagnostic approaches and greater back-end facilitation support.
