Deliverables and costs of the Accelerator package

  • Tom and CEO conduct a contracting conversation, identifying at least one primary performance challenge, the leaders to be interviewed, scheduling, and internal communications.

  • Tom conducts diagnostic phone interviews:  6 – 12 executives, 75 minutes each.

  • Tom produces a summary report: A 5 – 10 page summary of the major issues to be addressed, supported by a representative set of anonymous quotes from the interviews.

  • Tom works with a small design team (assigned by the CEO) to produce a correctable first draft of a priority grid.

  • Management reviews and edits the priority grid working with a larger executive group. Tom provides facilitation support.

  • Management selects one or two issues to address immediately and selects a team leader and core team for each. 

  • Tom assigns relevant curriculum materials to each of the teams.  This will consist of 4 – 6 modules comprised of PDFs buttressed by self-scoring SurveyMonkey quizzes to deepen understanding of the basic concepts.  This “homework” will require about 60 – 90 minutes from each team member.

  • Each core team develops a workplan for their assigned issue, informed by the Accelerator material.  

  • Tom supports each team by reviewing draft of work plans and making suggestions.

  • Tom supports implementation by providing approximately four facilitated Zoom sessions. (Four for a single team or two for each of two teams.) 


The cost of the Accelerator package is $25,000 – $50,000.   The higher price ranges includes additional diagnostic approaches and greater back-end facilitation support.
