Strategy Accelerator

  • Practical.
  • Smart.
  • Collaborative.

The Accelerator is a structured consulting framework to improve organizational performance.

A universal need: Implementation is hard. Most plans fail.

It is a rare organization that can’t substantially improve the implementation of its strategy.

Over 50%

of responses to disruptions are too late, uncoordinated, or off-strategy.

70 – 90%

of mergers and acquisitions

fail to meet their potential.

50 – 90%

of strategic initiatives

are considered failures.

The Accelerator solution

The process begins with a diagnostic on the clarity of the existing strategy and all the potential organizational issues that may be hindering implementation.  Working with leadership, we facilitate the categorization of issues by impact and difficulty, resulting in alignment around a specific set of priorities for immediate action.  Finally, we support senior teams with training and facilitation tailored to the unique requirement of each type of issue.

The Accelerator conducts depth interviews, offers facilitation support, provides curriculum materials, and train-the-trainer services.
